Our Veterans Program is a dedicated pathway for men and women who have completed military service and are ready to build something new. Whether you are transitioning out of active duty, navigating reintegration, or simply looking for a community that understands sacrifice and discipline — you belong here.

We connect veterans with housing assistance, vocational training through the Foundry School of Innovation and Forge Technology Academy, mentorship from fellow veterans and industry leaders, and career placement across all sectors. Your training, your discipline, and your leadership are exactly what this mission needs. We just need you to take the first step.

Foundry School of Innovation

The Foundry School of Innovation is where skilled professionals are built — not just trained.

Open to high school youth and adults, the Foundry is a hands-on skills center focused on Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Trade, and Production. You will learn Mechanical & CAD Engineering, Precision Fabrication, and Advanced Manufacturing Systems. You will work alongside master technicians in real industrial environments. And you will graduate with the kind of skills that the market desperately needs and that pay accordingly.

This is not a certificate program collecting dust on a shelf. This is a direct pipeline into high-paying, high-demand technical careers — and into the workforce building the homes and infrastructure of tomorrow.

Forge Technology Academy

The Forge Technology Academy is an elite incubator for the next generation of systems thinkers, strategic leaders, and technical architects — and it is exclusively for high school students.

At the Forge, you will not just study theory. You will engage with Financial & Economic Infrastructure, Systems Architecture & Software Engineering, and Entrepreneurial Governance at a level most adults never access. You will be paired with corporate executives for real mentorship and placed in strategic internships within community-funded corporate entities.

If you are a high school student who has ever felt like the standard curriculum was not built for the way your mind works — this program was designed for you. If you want to understand how systems are built, how economies function, and how to lead at the highest level — this is where you start.

Mentorship Program

Every person who has ever made it through a difficult season did so because someone believed in them before they believed in themselves.

Project Rebirth's Mentorship Program connects two kinds of people: those who are ready to give back, and those who are ready to receive. Whether you are a seasoned professional, a community leader, a business owner, or someone who simply has wisdom earned through hard living — we need you as a mentor. And whether you are a young person trying to find direction, an adult navigating a transition, or someone who just needs someone in their corner — we need you to step in as a mentee.

Mentorship at Project Rebirth is structured, supported, and intentional. We match mentors and mentees based on industry, goals, and background. We provide the framework — you bring the relationship.

Internship Program

An internship at Project Rebirth is not a coffee-and-copies experience. It is a real assignment inside a real operation — working alongside professionals building real infrastructure for real communities.

Our internships are available across multiple tracks: strategic and administrative roles within our organizational operations, technical and production roles within our construction and manufacturing pipeline, and community engagement and outreach roles for those drawn to the people side of the mission.

Internships are open to students and community members from all backgrounds. Prior experience is less important than commitment, curiosity, and a willingness to work. We will teach you the rest.

Graduates of our internship program are the first pipeline for full-time placement through our Job Placement Assistance program. This is not just an internship — it is the beginning of a career.
