  • Forge Technology Academy — Youth Incubator

    Beginning at the middle school level and continuing through high school, the Forge Technology Academy is a high-level incubator focused on Systems, Strategy, and Technical Architecture. The curriculum covers Financial & Economic Infrastructure, Systems Architecture & Software Engineering, and Entrepreneurial Governance. Students are paired with corporate executives for industry-specific mentorship and placed in strategic and administrative internships within community-funded corporate entities. The goal: cultivate the next generation of skilled professionals ready for high-level careers in strategy, finance, and system design.

  • Foundry School of Innovation — Skills Center

    Open to high school youth and adults, the Foundry School of Innovation is a hands-on skills center built around Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Trade, and Production. The curriculum includes Mechanical & CAD Engineering, Precision Fabrication, and Advanced Manufacturing Systems. Students are paired with master technicians for real-world industrial mentorship and placed in shop-floor and production internships within community-funded corporate entities. The goal: develop skilled tradespeople who have mastered the physical, industrial, and technical crafts that drive modern infrastructure.

Our Second Chance Resources program is a dedicated reintegration and professional redevelopment pathway open to individuals with prior justice involvement who are ready to build something lasting. This program welcomes those who have completed their sentences and are committed to a new direction — including individuals navigating domestic violence recovery and those who are registered, compliant, and actively working toward stability. We meet you where you are, without judgment, and engineer a structured pathway forward through housing access, vocational training, mentorship, and career placement.
